Support Group Meetings

are held at the office of Bariatric & Aesthetic Surgery Associates.

Our Next Support Group will be November 29th, 2012 from 5:00-6:30 PM

Let's get moving. This month we are going to focus on exercise techniques and tips. Our guest speaker is a personal trainer from Lifetime Fitness. She will review all the club has to offer, in addition to a quick demo of exercises you can do at home. Don't miss out!
